Lloyd Pearce’s life and ministry carry a distinct hunger for the Glory of God, and a deep conviction that one encounter with His Presence can transform a person forever. His ministry is characterised by:

Lloyd carries a mandate to see lives restored, believers established in identity, and the body of Christ strengthened through the Word and the supernatural. Everything he does is centered around one pursuit: To bring people into a life-changing encounter with the Power and Glory of God.
Family Life
A Family Marked by His Glory
Beyond the pulpit, Lloyd Pearce is a devoted family man. Married to Melissa – his first wife, his last wife, and his only wife – for 17 years, they are still as in love as when they first met. With their two beautiful daughters, they have a closely knit family, believe strongly in every dinner being enjoyed together around the table, and although their lives are devoted to full-time ministry — it’s ministry that they do together.
Lloyd chooses to have his wife alongside him — involving her in every aspect of what God has called him to, having ministered side-by-side for many years. Their daughters also “do ministry” with them — and they wouldn’t have it any other way.

For more than 18 years, Lloyd Pearce faithfully served in ministry – before being ordained and sent out. Almost 2 decades was spent growing, maturing, and being equipped under the leadership and covering of his spiritual father, Prophet Leon du Preez.
In 2023, after years of preparation, he was ordained and commissioned by his spiritual father, Prophet Leon du Preez, to plant and pioneer Encounter Church Ballito – a New Testament expression built on the demonstration of the Spirit and the power of God.
Today, he continues to lead Encounter Church Ballito, alongside his wife, Melissa, and their two beautiful daughters.
